  • Pallof press – standing in upright position and pushing band anteriorly and needing to counter the rotation through the trunk.
  • Plank with alternating leg lift – needing to counter the rotation through pelvis.
  • 4 point foam roller hold with hip extension – need to counter rotation through the hip/pelvis/trunk

Anti rotation is one of the functions of the body that we perform regularly and these are just a few different strategies that one can adopt within a training program.
