Active Hang Into Arch

The video below is of Exercise Physiologist Yujin Lim demonstrating an active hang into arch.  He is a big follower of bodyweight calisthenics educator Ido Portal and reports that he has found this to be a great exercise for many of his clients as it requires strength and stability through the scapulothoracic joint, but also helps to develop strength and mobility through the thoracic spine.
