2 Way Band Crab Walk

Some people are never happy unless they are loading up and absolutely smashing their body.  The video below is great for those who yearn for an absolute muscle burn when exercising and glutes in the frontal plane.  The 2 way band crab walk involves placing 2 bands (one around the feet and the other the ankle) and performing a crab walk.  Dual bands will increase the resistance and ensure that your lateral hip muscles are working like they never have before.

Crab walks are a great movement prep or accessory exercise that allows you to focus on developing lateral hip (gluteal) muscle conditioning.
