This was a great exercise because it worked all of the upper limb muscles that focused on elbow flexion, extension and vertical press whilst also requiring the individual to maintain a stable torso. As one may be limited by the weight they can curl or perform a tricep extension, try performing this exercise for higher reps 10+ or for time.
