Star Excursion Balance Reach Test @ P4O

Principle Four Osteopathy recently installed our new star excursion balance reach tool at the clinic so that we are able to improve our assessment and training straining strategies for our clients.

The star excursion balance reach tool allows us to assess individuals ability to perform single leg balance reach across all planes of motion as well as lunge, jumping and hopping distances.  This information helps guide us with regards to assessing our clients functional ability so that we can tailor specific exercise rehab or strength programs to address any deficits.

This article was written by osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy.  Principle Four Osteopathy is one of Melbourne City CBD leading osteopathy clinics.
