Short to Long Lever Plank Hold – Bracing The Core

The short lever plank is the standard plank from elbows (low plank hold) and to transition to a long lever he lifts his elbows up off the floor and performs a plank hold from his hands. Bracing the core is an important part of developing stiffness through the torso which can assist those who are performing heavy lifting exercises (squat and hinge movements) in the gym.
