Reformer Mountain Climber

In the image below you will see Pilates educator Jodie Sheehey demonstrating a reformer based mountain climber.  This is a great exercise as it requires one to maintain a stable trunk position whilst on the reformer and then lifting the leg up to challenge the individual further through movement of the lower limb.
