Hanging Knee Tuck To L Sit Exercise
In the video above you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a hanging knee tuck to L sit exercise at Elite Sports Performance. Usually I will perform this exercise whilst actually hanging from the bar with my hands. In this case I chose to use the elbow supports as it was following a heavy upper body session and my grip and upper body strength would have been my limiting factor for this exercise and therefore wouldn’t have been able to perform this exercise for long enough to have a decent training effect in my core. The knee tuck to L sit is very much focused on the core. This exercise can be varied through by altering the L sit position (lower is easier), duration of L sit hold (longer is harder), speed of movement (slower is harder).
