Doorway Supported Hip Flexor Stretch

In the video below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing a doorway supported hip flexor stretch. Equipment requirements are simple and include a chair and open doorway.  Place the chair on the otherside of the open doorway and place one foot up on it whilst keeping the rear leg straight.  Keep both hands on the door for stability and gently move back and forth to stretch the posterior leg hip flexor.  Adjust the hand hold or split stance position to amplify the stretch.
