The Cody App – Strength Fundamentals

I was recently gifted a yoga course on the Cody App by a client of mine and have been having great fun integrating some of the many different workouts available on the Cody App.  Recently I also purchased the strength fundamentals package by Dynal Werner which is bodyweight strength yoga focused 26 day workout program.  This has been thoroughly enjoyable and has challenged me like no other exercises.  My 2018 goal is to build on my mobility and strength through the use of bodyweight exercises with the aim of improving my overall health and wellbeing.  Below is a short clip (sped up version) of 1/2 of session 1.
