Banded Kettlebell Deadlift Exercise

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a banded kettlebell deadlift.  The use of the bands has been implemented to increase the effort associated with the exercise as we move away from the floor.  As we are limited by the weights of the kettlebells in our studio, it also allowed us to increase the effort of training compared to working with a lighter kettlbell.
