Squat to Hamstring Mobiliser
In the image below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients demonstrating a squat to hamstring mobiliser. This is a great exercise to incorporate if you are wanting to work on improving hip, knee and ankle mobility. You start by bending over and taking hold of your feet (stretching the hamstrings and back) and then squat down to as deep as you can (whilst maintaining the hand hold) and then moving out of the squat to stretch the posterior line of the body.
