Why Ergonomic Assessment Matters
Poor workstation setup and sub-optimal movement patterns are major contributors to:
-
Neck, shoulder, and lower back pain
-
Headaches and tension symptoms
-
Repetitive strain injuries (RSI)
-
Fatigue and decreased productivity

A professional ergonomic assessment doesn’t just fix symptoms — it identifies underlying risk factors and provides corrective strategies that support long-term comfort and injury prevention.
