Chest Stretch For The Office Worker
In the image below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy and Corporate Work Health Australia demonstrating a simple chest stretch. This is a great exercise for the office worker who spends the majority of their day sitting and performing work tasks (typing and mouse use) in front of them. Simply stand up tall and gentle stretch the arms out and backwards and hold for 3-5 seconds. Repeat this several times and regularly throughout the day to help reduce tension associated with seated based work tasks.
