KHANG NGUYEN
Khang is a passionate Osteopath and Strength & Conditioning Coach who graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy).
With a mission to minimise pain and maximise function, Khang strives to empower patients to live life without being limited by injuries. He believes in providing tailored care to each individual, aiding them in reaching their personal health and wellness goals.
Khang’s experience includes working as a sports trainer for Caroline Springs Football Club, where he gained hands-on experience managing acute sports injuries. He was also the first Osteopath at Back in Motion Braybrook, where he continues to practice and has developed a strong foundation in exercise rehabilitation.
As a certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, Khang integrates strength training principles into rehabilitation to promote long-term recovery and injury prevention. He also runs group strengthening classes, helping patients build strength and confidence in a supportive environment.
Khang has a keen interest in treating musculoskeletal injuries, including sports and occupational injuries, shoulder and tendon conditions, as well as back and neck pain. He emphasises the importance of strength training in rehabilitation to help patients recover and build long-term resilience.
Most days of the week, you’ll find Khang training at the gym. When he’s not working out, he enjoys hiking, camping, travelling, and catching up on the latest movies and TV shows.
