Vertical Jump to Single Leg Landing – An Osteopaths Perspective
In the video below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients demonstrating a vertical jump to single leg landing. This was incorporated into the clients program as part of their rehab from a knee injury. Initially we started with ground jumping and landing (vertical and forwards/backwards, lateral and rotational) and then progressed to ground hopping before moving to vertical jumping, jumping to single leg landing and then single leg. Total volume was kept to approximately 20 reps once we moved to vertical jumping with the box so to ensure technique was not compromised.
