Upper Limb Rotation Mobility Drill

The exercise demonstrated below by osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy is commonly used in the clinical environment with osteopaths and physiotherapists as we strategy to work on upper limb mobility.  For some they might refer to this as a neural gliding stretch due to the rotational movement through the upper limb.  This exercise is also very useful for those wanting to work on upper limb mobility in preparation for training.
