TRX Push Up Variations

In the videos below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy demonstrating a number of push up variations that require a combination of upper body strength/mobility as well as core/lower limb mobility.  The first video is the TRX archer push up, which requires a great deal of strength in ones upper body, whereas the the TRX Pike Push Up requires both strength and mobility.
