TRX Press To Chest Fly Exercise

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four osteopathy demonstrating a TRX Chest Press To Chest Fly exercise.  This combines both horizontal pressing and also horizontal flexion/extension loading of the upper limb.  This exercise requires both strength and stability and can be adjusted to suit the individuals level by changing the angle of ones torso relative to the ground.  The closer ones torso becomes more parallel to the ground, the easier the exercise gets.
