TRX Knee Tuck

In the video below we see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy perform a TRX knee tuck.  This involves the person placing both feet in the TRX straps and then maintaining a high plank position and tucking the knees to the chest.  Ideally you will maintain a stable trunk and then tuck the knees to a range of motion that doesnt involve you flexing through the lumbar spine.  This is a great progression exercise for those wanting to perform a knee tuck that on a FreeForm board or swiss ball.
