Swiss Ball Wall Shoulder Exercise To Improve Flexion Loading

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams demonstrating a shoulder stability exercise that works to help with shoulder flexion.  The idea is to keep the swiss ball pressed up against the wall (therefore loading through the shoulder joint) as you rock back through the hips and spine to move the shoulder through flexion.  This is a closed chain exercise that has minimal load but requires coordination of the muscles around the shoulder joint itself.  One can self select the range of motion they move through.
