Recently Heath has been learning in detail the fundamentals of Power Lifting at Elite Sports Performance in Spotswood.  He regularly attends the facility for both training and coaching by Todd Carlon. He is booked to undergo Level 1 in Kettlebell instruction early next month and is already experienced in the use of Powerbands, Freeweights and other Functional Tools.
