Slam Ball Deadlift & Throw

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy demonstrating a slam ball pick up (deadlift) and throw.  This exercise is repeated for either repetitions or duration.  In this case it was repeated for time (5 minutes).  The load was relatively low (12kg) with the aim being to mostly focus on the chest throw.  This could be changed to a heavier load with the focus on the deadlift (slam ball pick up from the floor) and then dropped instead of thrown.
