Single Leg Romanian Deadlift With Dumbbell Row

In the video below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing a single leg romanian deadlift combined with a dumbbell row at the mid point phase of the RDL using the opposing hand.  This is quite a complex movement because it requires a combination of strength and control through the lower body (posterior chain) whilst stabilsing the torso (working to stabilise against the rotational pull of the load) combined with an upper body horizontal pull.  If you are looking for an all round body exercise, then give this a go.
