In the videos below you will see osteopath Abbas Din of Doctors of Osteopathy performing a number of different static and dynamic stretches as well as strength and conditioning exercises focusing on the back and shoulder girdle. These have been prescribed as part of his program to improve strength around the shoulder and back to help with the demands of working as an osteopath.  Our role as osteopaths is very manual intensive and like all jobs, this places demands on the body.

Trains – We are a short 5 minute walk from Flinders St Station, Parliament and Melbourne Central train station.

Parking – off street parking is available on Little Collins St, Russell St and in the many parking businesses (Wilsons parking) nearby.
