Reverse Lunge With Opposing and Same Side Trunk Rotation

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a reverse lunge with same side and opposing side trunk rotation (with the stick placed across the shoulders).  This is a great exercise for those wishing to drive movement with a top down strategy into the hip complex whilst performing the reverse lunge.  It requires a combination of mobility, stability and control through the trunk and hip.
