Push Up To High Plank Superman Exercise

Recently I have been playing around with combined movements to get more out of an exercise in a shorter period of time.  In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams performing a push up to high plank superman.  This exercise requires one to maintain a stable trunk through the push up movement (training the upper body) and then maintaining a stable trunk in a high plank position and then performing a superman (lifting alternate hand and leg off the ground).

If you are looking for a new challenge and would like to incorporate both core and upper body into the one exercise, then be sure to try out the push up to high plank superman exercise.
