Push Up With Same Side Hand and Foot Touch

In the link to the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a push up followed by a same side hand and foot touch.  This is a nice little variation on the traditional push up exercise as it combines two movements into the one exercise, therefore training the upper body and core.  As you will see, following the push up, Heath will then lift one hand and foot off the ground and touch them together before placing them back on the ground.  This requires him to maintain stability and control through unilateral support of the foot and hand on one side of the body.
