Power Chin Ups

Recently we acquired a new rogue squat rack at the gym that offers the ability to perform some dynamic chin ups. In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams demonstrating a chin up that involves moving from one bar to the other between reps.  This is a great exercise for those wanting to advance their chin up strength and power.
