Post Ankle Fracture/Surgery Rehab Strategies

In the videos below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients demonstrating some mid phase rehab exercises following a lower limb injury.  We have gone after everyday movements such as the lunge and step up and looked at all three planes of movement and prescribed these at a level suitable for the individual.  The big take home message here is to scale the exercise appropriately, keep things authentic i.e. movements the individual is/will be required to do in everyday life and think about all three planes of movement.
