P4O Kettlebell Workshop With S&C Coach James Ross

On Friday 22nd May we had the pleasure of having James Ross present a 3 hour theory and practical workshop on Kettlebell lifts.

The Workshop

Osteopaths Cathryn Leszczynski, Timothy McNamara, Heath Williams and Personal Trainer Nicholas Kent of Jon Weller PT Studio attended the workshop.  During the workshop we discussed and applied the following:

  • Mobility warm up – upper and lower body
  • Kettlebell Swings:  Hip Hinge Swing, Squat Swing and Kettlebell Sport Swing
  • Turkish Get Up and Variations
  • Snatch & Clean
