Overhead Powerband Lateral Band Walk
In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing an overhead powerband lateral band walk. This is a great exercise for training ones lateral chain. This is a progression on the standard powerband lateral walk because it requires the individual to maintain an upright trunk position with stability through their shoulder girdle and trunk.
There are many different ways to progress and regress this exercise, with options ranging from band resistance, step width/distance, time under tension, speed to integrating this exercise with other movement such as an overhead band squat or banded shoulder press.
