Movement Workshop With Michael Grogan

The Principle Four Osteopathy team were lucky enough to have Movement PT Michael Grogan present a workshop on all things movement, mobility and stability through the use of ones body.  This was a fantastic workshop where Mike took us through his 5 fundamental movements and demonstrated and had us perform progressions to get to the end exercise.  For those individuals interested in developing their own movement capabilities, I would highly recommend touching base with Michael and booking a 1:1 session.
