Lower Body Strength and Conditioning Training

In the images and videos below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing a variety of bilateral, split stance and single leg squat and hinge movements as part of their exercise program to restore function following a lower limb fracture/surgery.  We have been progressively adding in new challenges through variation in movements selected, balance and stability and load.  At Principle Four Osteopathy we look to help clients move from a pain state to return to function, be it for sports, work or everyday activities of daily living.
