Loaded Wall Shoulder Flexion Exercise

In the video below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients performing a loaded (sandbell) shoulder flexion exercise that involves sliding the sandbag up the wall.  This has been prescribed as part of the clients mobility component of training to help develop shoulder flexion with a mild load.   The aim is to keep the torso parallel to the wall and ensure the spine does not over compensate throughout the movement.   Start with 2-3 sets of 15-20 repetitions
