Lateral Crawl + Push Up Exercise

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams demonstrating a lateral crawl (hand over and hand under lateral crawl) combined with a push up.  This exercise combination is a great metabolic exercise that requires coordination and control of the upper body, core and lower body and then combining it with a push up that requires upper body strength.
