L Sit From Yoga Blocks – Getting My Bodyweight Training On

In the video above you will see me (Heath Williams Osteopath working on my L sit from yoga blocks.  Initially I could only perform these from paralletes which had me off the ground higher and made it easier due to some mobility issues.  I have finally progressed to a lower position, with the aim of trying to do an L sit from the ground which is going to be a big challenge.  The L Sit is probably one of my favourite bodyweight training exercises at the moment as it demands a lot out of the whole body.
