In the images below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy demonstrating a number of different adductor groin stretch drills that can be performed if you are looking to work on improving your mobility and flexibility.  For those individuals with a history of lower back or lower limb complaints, please consult with your health professional (osteo, physio, chiro, ep) before trying.  These can be performed as either a static stretch or with gentle movement added.
