Kneeling Push Up To Renegade Row – Exercise Regression
In the video below you will see one of Principle Four Osteopathy clients demonstrating a kneeling push up to renegade row. This exercise has been incorporated into their program to work on upper body and trunk strength/stability. The client is working from a short lever (from their knee instead of the the typical push up position) to help build some strength/endurance so that they can work towards the typical push up position. Another option was to have the client perform it from a higher level or bench so to reduce the effort required.
This is a great exercise for those wanting to develop strength through their shoulders/chest/back and core.
