Kinetic Link Training Exercise Strategies At Principle Four Osteopathy

In the videos below you will see osteopath Heath Williams, physiotherapist Wade Brennan and some clients of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a variety of Kinetic Link Training (KLT) inspired exercises. The aim is to train movements and planes, not just segments in isolation and you will see that we are challenging the whole body in all of these exercises below.  Osteopath Heath Williams has undertaken the level 1 KLT Training program with Wayne Rogers and if this training approach is of interest, please touch base with us at the clinic.
