Kettlebell Single Arm Exercise Complex
In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy demonstrating a single arm kettlebell burpee to clean to squat press. The reason he is demonstrating a single arm version is to work around a sore right shoulder. Rather than not train at all, training was simply modified to avoid loading the aggravated shoulder. This exercise is a great all round exercise as it incorporates a single arm high plank (core), kettelbell swing/clean, kettlebell squat and kettlebell overhead press. We are literally hitting every region of the body with this one exercise. One could also perform the same exercise with a kettlebell in each hand.
