Kettlebell Lunge to Kneeling to Lunge
In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams demonstrating a lunge to kneel that involves moving the hips across the transverse plane and then performs the same movement in the opposite direction. This drill requires one to stabilise through the torso and hip complex as you transition from one body position to the next. It can be regressed by reducing the external load, changing the sets/reps/duration etc or increasing base of support of the supporting leg in transition phase and lunge position.
