Improving Trunk Position In The Squat

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing an overhead weight plate squat (slightly anterior of the head as this is where his current shoulder mobility allows suitable movement) with an aim to engage the anterior trunk and force the body to reactively work against the anterior pull of the load to maintain a more upright body position.  This is a great strategy for those who like Heath are needing to work on trunk positioning.
