1. Double arm dumbbell open arc + squat
2. Double arm dumbbell open arc + split squat

Session
1. Dumbbell mid hold squat
2. Dumbbell incline bench press
3. Dumbbell superior pull + split squat (static)
4. Dumbbell deadlift
5. Cable bar inferior push
