Foam Roller Lunge Progression – Not Just For Pilates

In the image above you will see Pilates educator Jodie Sheehey demonstrating a foam roller lunge progression that she practices and teaches in her pilates course.  This is a great exercise for those wanting to improve both balance and control through the entire body as they perform a lunge on the foam roller.  This is one of the many exercises that Jodie will be teaching on our up and coming lower limb pilates workshop seminar that is being held by Principle Four Osteopathy.  If you would like to attend one of these seminars in the future, please email info@principle4.com.
