Foam Roller Birddog Progression
In the image above you will see Pilates educator Jodie Sheehey demonstrating a foam roller birddog progression. She is balancing on the foam roller with one leg and extending through the opposite hip/leg to engage the posterior chain whilst maintaining a stable neutral spine position. This is quite complex as it requires balance, strength and mobility. This is one of the many pilates exercises that Jodie will be teaching at the up and coming lower limb pilates workshop series that Principle Four Osteopathy is facilitating for allied health professionals. If you are keen on attending one of these events, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
