FMS Motor Control – Upper Limb Movement Screening

Recently Principle Four Osteopathy acquired the FMS motor control kit that can be used with the FMS kit to implement into ones assessment of both upper and lower limb reaches. In the images below you will see a couple of examples of osteopath Heath Williams demonstrating an anterior and lateral reach.   This requires the individual to stabilize with three points of contact (both feet and grounded hand) whilst pushing the FMS motor control kit.
