Face Pull With Anterior/Posterior Shuffle

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy performing a partial squat (athletic stance) face pull to train the upper body and shoulders whilst maintaining a stable trunk.  He has combined this with a shuffle back with a repeat of the movement, followed by a shuffle forward and repeat.  The aim of this exercise was focused largely on the back/shoulders, but also to challenge his ability to maintain a stable trunk position.
