Double Kettlebell Swing

The kettlebell is probably one of the most versatile training tools out there in the market and can be used for training all areas of the body.  The kettlebell swing is one of those great exercises that can be used to train the posterior chain (hamstrings and glutes) and when performed regularly, can help build great power and strength.

In the video below osteopath Heath Williams demonstrates how you to perform a double kettlebell swing.  In this video he demonstrates the hip hinge (RDL) swing pattern.

If you would like to find out more about how to incorporate kettlebells into your everyday training program, then be sure to book in to see one of the osteopaths at Principle Four Osteopathy.
