Double KB Front Rack Posterior Lunge

In the video below you will see osteopath Heath Williams of Principle Four Osteopathy demonstrating kettlebell front rack posterior lunge.  The great thing about a front rack hand hold is that one must keep the torso upright throughout the exercise.  So for those who struggle to maintain an upright trunk position, then this hold might be worth trialling.  The primary focus of this exercise is to train the lower limb and it requires one to maintain a stable trunk whilst primarily loading the front leg.

For those looking to vary this exercise, try holding just one kettlebell like you would in a goblet squat.  Other accessories that can be used include dumbbells, barbell and sandbag.
